Privacy

Neha’s Fairy Mail Club, Nillamba, Peradeniya, Sri Lanka. We run the club, write the letters, and post them.

When you create an account, order a letter, or upload a bank slip, we hold:

• Your email address
• Your name and phone number
• The delivery address you give us: recipient name, phone, street, town, district, postal code
• What you have ordered, and when
• A screenshot of your bank transfer
• Technical details of your sign-in sessions — IP address and browser type — kept for security

• To write the letter, address the envelope, and post it
• To match your payment against our bank statement
• To send you emails about your own orders — a slip received, a letter posted, a refund sent
• With your consent, to tell you when a new theme opens. You can turn this off from any of those emails.

• Neha, and one family member who helps run the club
• Cloudflare, which stores the images you upload
• Resend, which delivers the emails we send you
• Neon, whose database holds your records

We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with advertisers.

• Order records — seven years, which Sri Lankan tax law requires
• Bank slips — seven years, for the same reason
• Your account — until you ask us to close it
• Your email preference — until you change it

You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct anything wrong, or to have it erased. Write to hello@nehasfairymail.com and we will answer within thirty days.

If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Authority of Sri Lanka.

We set two cookies, and both are needed for the site to work: one keeps you signed in, one remembers your cart. Neither tracks you across other websites. There is no analytics or advertising cookie.
